Membership contracts are an initial 12-month commitment period and month-to-month thereafter and will auto-renew every month until cancelled. Our yearly memberships are automatically billed to your account on the first of every month, but you can cancel at at any time. Credit cards must be presented to the reception staff to electronically store the data. We wish to offer this membership program to our loyal guests as a way to save on your regular patronage of our spa, with no-risk. Simply provide a written, 30-day notice and your card will not be billed again!
Appointments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your spa service in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider.
Treatments DO Roll-Over
Your monthly treatment benefits are available at the first of each month, and are valid for 90-days. This way your treatments don’t go to waste while you are on vacation, or if you are busy. You are also allowed to roll your benefit within it’s expiration period so you can enjoy more than one treatment per month.
Treatment Benefits CAN Be Shared
Members are welcome to transfer, or “gift,” a membership treatment up-to two times per membership year.
Combine this perk with banked treatments, and it’s a spa day for two!
Benefits Do Not Include Gratuity
Membership dues cover the cost of monthly treatments only. Your tips based on full menu pricing are MUCH appreciated by our skilled practitioners.
Membership Terms Are Subject to Change
DOLCE WELLNESS SPA reserves the right to amend the terms of our membership agreement at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership for any reason and will provide written notice if such changes are made within 30-days. Improper conduct in the Spa are grounds for immediate expulsion and cancelation of membership without refund.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Per our Cancellation Policy, please provide 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellation to avoid being charged a fee equal to 100% of total cost of your service. No shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of your service.
